The Minister of Economic Affairs and Infrastructure established the stockpiling fee rates beginning 1st of August 2021 according to Regulation no. 30 (see regulation here ,available only in Estonian).
The stockpiling fee rates beginning 1st of January 2021 are as follows:
1) Gasoline stockpiling fee rate is EUR 4,30 per 1000 litres of fuel;
2) Diesel stockpiling fee rate is EUR 3,70 per 1000 litres of fuel;
3) Jet fuel (aviation kerosene) stockpiling fee rate is EUR 4,30 per 1000 litres of fuel;
4) Heavy Fuel Oil stockpiling fee rate is EUR 10,00 per 1000 kilos of fuel.
